Do we need new equipment?

No. Players use their own phones, the dealer uses a phone to record the flop, and any television can be paired with a code.

Does it slow the poker game down?

Predictions close before the flop is turned, and the flop is recorded in seconds. The poker hand itself is dealt exactly as before.

Can we run it in several rooms?

Yes. One club can have several physical rooms, each with its own tables, under the same members and Points.

1. Who we are

FlopMe is provided by 6max Services Ο.Ε., Eleftherias 28, Nea Ionia, Greece, VAT EL801960385 (email: info@flopme.live) ("we"). By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Who may have an account

2.1. Adults only. By creating an account you declare that you are 18 or older. 2.2. One account per person. Your username and PIN are personal; do not share them. An account is signed in on one device at a time; a new sign-in signs the previous one out.

3. Clubs

3.1. Your account is one for all clubs. You join a club by a request the club approves, or through the QR code of one of its tables. 3.2. Every club is separate. You have a separate Point balance in each club, and the staff of one club cannot see what you do in another. 3.3. Each club has its own rules. A club may set you to "watch only" (you see but do not take part), give you a staff role, or remove you. 3.4. When you leave or are removed from a club, your Points there return to the club.

4. Points

4.1. Points are each club's internal unit for FlopMe's games. The club gives them and takes them back. We do not sell, buy, redeem or value Points. 4.2. Points cannot be moved between clubs or between players. 4.3. Anything you agree with a club outside FlopMe is between you and the club only.

5. The games

5.1. You predict what the flop will bring: the three cards the club's dealer deals from a physical deck. You take part with a coupon, for one or more flops, while entry is open. 5.2. Markets and payouts are described on the "Rules and payouts" screen. The result is decided by the flop the club enters. 5.3. If a hand is cancelled, its entries are returned. 5.4. Your balance and movements are shown in your history.

6. Conduct

Not allowed: bots or automation, multiple accounts, collusion with a dealer or staff, exploiting errors, and harassing others. A dealer does not take part at the table he deals.

7. Taking a break

Points have no monetary value on FlopMe. You can leave a club or delete your account at any time.

8. Availability and liability

The service may be interrupted for maintenance. We are not responsible for how the game is run at the physical table or for a club's decisions. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law gives you that cannot be limited.

9. Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account, or from the clubs home). You leave every club and your Points return to it; your name is removed from the records, which stay with the clubs without identifying you. We may suspend an account for breach of these terms or a legal obligation.

10. Changes and law

We may change these terms; the new version is presented for your acceptance in the app. Greek law, without prejudice to the rights the law of your country of residence gives you.
